Sapphire Dreams - Herbal Tea Blend

Welcome to our Sapphire Dreams Tea Blend — a line of refreshing, naturally blue iced teas perfect for cooling down under the sun. Each blend is made with butterfly pea flower, a stunning plant that not only gives the tea its signature blue hue but also shifts to purple with just a splash of lemon juice. Magic? Not quite. Just nature doing its thing.

If you're wondering what gives the tea that vibrant color—it's no secret. It’s the butterfly pea flower, widely used in everything from cocktails to pastries to bring out vivid blues and purples. And because it's naturally caffeine-free, it’s a great option for those who prefer herbal teas.

Our first summer release is called Sapphire Dreams Tea Blend , a bright, cooling blend of peppermint, dried blueberry and citrus. It’s equally delicious hot or iced, with a clean, minty finish that lingers pleasantly.

Hot Brew Instructions:

Fill a tea strainer with your tea blend.

Bring water to a boil, then pour it over the tea in your favorite mug.

Let it steep for 3–5 minutes (no more than 5—peppermint can turn bitter if left too long).

Remove the strainer, sweeten to taste with honey or your favorite sweetener, and enjoy.

Cold Brew Instructions:

Follow the same steps as above for hot brewing.

Once brewed, let the tea cool to room temperature.

Add ice and lemon slices if you'd like. Refreshing, right?

A Little Bonus:

The color of your tea should be a deep, rich blue. Want to see it turn purple? Just add a few drops of lemon juice and watch the transformation. It’s one of those little things that makes tea feel a bit more like a ritual—and a lot more fun.
